As it turns out new World Bank President Paul Wolfowitz isn't quite the bastard the world made him out to be. I've always like Wolfowitz. It's just that in his new position, Europe and the rest of the global Left wing press can't pigeonhole the man as a warmonger anymore.
Why, he actually CARES about people, per his plan to alleviate African poverty. British officials are discovering Wolfowitz might actually become an ALLY FOR BLAIR. Really? An ally?
He's even attending the G8 Summit to press American officials for more aid for Africa. More aid for Africa? Can it be?
What is he? NeoCon Hawk/War Advocate or Peacenik? Who can tell these days, since Wolfowitz and Bono speak by telephone.
