next n.o. mayor?
The population has shifted...but we still have Ray Nagin, who, amazingly, is considered the 'frontrunner'...we also have Lt. Gov. Landrieu...And a guy named Forman...What to do? For whom to vote?
UPDATE: Nagin 38% Landrieu 28%...runoff next month...
