According to today's WSJ editorial page Special prosecutor Pat Fitzgerald is using a discredited editorial, written by Joe Wilson, as part of his perjury and obstruction case against former Vice Presidential aide Scooter Libby.

The case against Libby appears to be as weak as the Gap's website. (see next post) If Fitzgerald really is the straight-shooter his admirers claim him to be, he'll dismiss this politically motivated case.
