The WSJ's James Covert writes about the restructuring of the Gap into four "stores."

One will be for all things denim. Two, tshirts and hoodies. Three, "clean" stuff like black pants, khaki's and woven tops. Four, a tshirt shop that will be placed in the front of all stores and then rotated seasonally.

Good thing. Maybe they'll do some long overdue restructuring of their crappy Macintosh-averse website. I tried to buy some giftcards online today and finally just called an 800 customer service number.
