bullcrap

This photo is a great example of the demagoguery of the Left. As if the land of the free, the home of the brave, free education and health care for non-citizens is a Nazi state?

Yes, a Left-leaning, Clinton-appointed Judge has predictably blocked portions of Arizona's SB 1070. Now disallowed:
• Requiring a police officer to make a reasonable attempt to check the immigration status of those they have stopped;
• Forbidding police from releasing anyone they have arrested until that person's immigration status is determined;
• Making it a violation of Arizona law for anyone not a citizen to fail to carry documentation;
• Creating a new state crime for trying to secure work while not a legal resident;
• Allowing police to make warrantless arrests if there is a belief the person has committed an offense that allows them to be removed from the United States.
And as amazingly stupid as that is, even more ridiculous is the reaction today of the ACLU (who continues to misrepresent the law as "asking for papers") and the nation of Mexico, who joined in the Federal lawsuit against Arizona.

Not only is the Federal government now stepping on the rights of a State, they are manipulating our laws to pacify the whims of a foreign country.

Love that 'hope' and 'change.'

I am not really surprised. Disappointed though. I cannot believe that the President wasted our money on this at all.

I hope you realize Gramma that Obama isn't the brains behind this or anything else going on in DC.

Of course, everybody believed Bush was stupid, but he didn't have a Star Chamber making decision for him. But Obama does.

The most unqualified, unprepared President in American history has people making decisions for him, which is why the entire episode has been such a disaster.
