The Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank, came up with the idea for Romneycare as a free market solution to what was leading to a government takeover. So that Romney adopted and implemented an idea from a conservative think tank is supposedly his biggest heresy. It's laughable. Don't fall victim to historical bias.
