obamacare legal?

Unlike a lot of Conservative prognosticators, I'm not going to indulge my thoughts about why Chief Justice John Roberts invented out of whole new cloth his reasoning for finding Obamacare Constitutional, other than to say that he rewrote the law to suit his purpose.

Read this.  He rewrote the damn thing.  Yes, he did.

And he still feels guilty about botching Obama's oath of office in 2009.
